I come from a background in engineering, operations, and systems thinking. I’m wired to see how things work, where they break, and how to make them steadier.

I’ve spent years building and refining backend systems. Not just in theory, but inside real, growing businesses. I don’t rush to automate or overhaul. I slow things down, find the real bottlenecks, and build structure that actually fits the way you work.

I’m not here to overwhelm you with tools or tell you what you “should” be doing. I’m here to help you understand your business, organize what matters, and build systems you can trust as you grow.
